Your credit card on file with Hibid will be charged the next business day following the close of the auction. We will charge the credit card you have on file with Hibid for your purchases, 13% buyers premiums and 5.5% WI sales tax. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. 5.5% WI sales tax applies to all online purchases. Tax exempt bidders must forward a copy of their tax exempt certificate to us prior to auction close or sales tax will be added, no exceptions.
A second charge and invoice will be emailed after we have the total packaging and shipping charges. All packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account whose credit card on file is declined and requires additional time and telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise or shipping. Please contact our office immediately at (920) 261-6820 if you know that you need to use an alternative credit card.
Shipping Instructions: A second billing will be made after we have the total packaging and shipping charges. We use the UPS Store for packaging and ship items UPS Ground. Subject to the auction company discretion some items may ship USPS Priority mail. Packages shipping UPS are insured up to $100 at no charge and up to $50 shipping USPS Priority mail. However; any desired additional insurance will be charged to the buyer. You must notify us within one day of the close of the auction if you desire to add more insurance. When we have the packaging, UPS or USPS shipping charge, the amount will be put in the Shipping Section of a SECOND invoice and emailed to you. Your card will then be charged this amount.

Items ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail within 7-10 business days. If you plan on picking up your items, let us know prior to the end of the auction by contacting us @ (920) 261-6820. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each item. Any statement in the description regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and a guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer or his/her agent of their responsibilities.
3. Any items not paid for within 7-10 business days from the close of the auction shall be forfeited by the buyer and will no longer be considered their property. However; the bidder shall still be responsible for the hammer price of the items that were bid on plus the internet premium.

Seller, auctioneer and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify seller, auctioneer and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special, incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorneys fee, court costs, etc., that arise out of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction.
