Property selling “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” is without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Bidders are advised and encouraged to inspect the property before auction day. This is explained in the Auction Terms and Conditions as part of the due diligence packet.
Can I make an offer before the auction?
Absolutely, we will write the offer, contact and present the offer to the owner for consideration. We recommend making your best offer at this time. All Auction Terms and Conditions should be followed and become part of any offer.
What about financing?
We offer choices to best meet your individual set of circumstances. We can accept a contingency for financing with pre-approval with the buyer providing acceptable approved pre-qualification requirements. This may help to enhance the sale. The other option is a non-contingent on financing sale option with the buyer being solely responsible to bring cash to the closing table.
